Decorations
Use a red-and-white checkered tablecloths. Have a bonfire. If you can’t have bonfire you can build a fake one using a medium sized rocks add yellow and orange paper and gold for fire effect. Add the woods too to make it real. You can use inflatable cacti, haystack to make your theme perfect.

Food
Barbeque is good a menu for this theme. Prepare burgers, baked beans, hot dogs and ribs. Bake some country pie like pumpkin or apple pie for dessert.

Games
A traditional pin the tail of the donkey and barnyard animal charade can be played by all ages.
You can have a sack race too. Have an old fashion barn dance. It will be fun for everyone.
